Important documents to keep in mind include:

1. A letter of employment from an overseas employer or a letter of offer from an overseas corporation.
2. Passport copy in original or duly attested by Notary if the individual is already residing in another country (Full Passport except Empty Pages)
3. Proof of residency, such as a driver's licence, an election voter card, a ration card, or a PAN card.
Keep originals on you at all times. 2 copies of the attested certificates and 1 copy of the aforesaid certificates
 
Important Note: The Offer Letter should have the company logo at the top and the corporate seal at the bottom, as well as a signature, and should be emailed to you from the company's domain email address.
 
Arrive at the office by 10.30 a.m.; the office will open at 10.30 a.m. Go to room NO:17 and counter NO:4 on the first floor. There will be a gentleman who will be of great assistance. Tell him you've come to certify the certificates. He'll inquire about the above-mentioned certificates. He will provide you an application form to fill out, and we should have a signature from the Tahasildar there. Once you have completed this procedure, you must submit the original certificate as well as photocopies of the other documents indicated above. After that, he'll invite you, Chelan and DD, to join him.
